THE COTTAGES
Hameau de Certes is a
group of16th Century cottages overlooking the charming village of
Gaudies which sits on the River L'hers, it is ideal for fishing swimming and
picnics, painting and bird watching , a truly tranquil rural location. The Hameau has been converted into 3
pleasingly furnished cottages, they are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed.
We also have a large stunning studio with wall to ceiling picture windows giving
spectacular views, perfect for painters, yoga, all large group activity.
Each cottage has a private patio area well equipped with garden furniture and BBQ's. There are
guests' laundry facilities on site and plenty of sunloungers and parasols for around the pool
and garden,a herb garden is available for your culinary creations and ample car parking.

Hameau de certes is
around 45 minutes from TOULOUS and
CARCASSONNE,
1 hour 15 minutes from ANDORRA, 20 minutes from MIREPOIX , 25 minutes
from FOIX. and 10minutes from PAMIERS
The property is situated close to the small village of
BELPECH, (2 kms), where there are all basic facilities - banks with cash points,
supermarkets, a pharmacy, doctors' surgery, restaurant, a newsagent, bakery
and petrol station.
Direction from Carcassone Turn right out of airport and follow directions to Montreal, carry on to Fanjeaux keeping on this roaand immeadiately after Fanjeaux turn right direction Belpech.Follow signs for Belpech and drive hrough the village passing the bar/restaurant La Vixiene on your left and after crossing the bridge take the first left turn. Turn right almost immeadiately afterwards, direction Gaudies.You will see the sign for Certes athe crossroads, turn left up the hill and enter Certes Direction from Toulouse You are best to take the motorway fromToulouse direction Montpellier, follow this until the right turn onto the motorway for Foix and Andorra, take this and exit at the Mazeres turn off. At the first roundabout head for Mazeres,at the second roundabout head for Belpech, take a right turn off this road direction Gaudies. Drive into Gaudies village square, once in the village square with the church on your left and he river in front of you, it is sign posted to Certes on your right, and also sign posted on the short drive to Certes
