A very warm welcome to Hameau de certes Yoga centre in the peaceful relaxing sunny Midi Pyrenees.Jo and Rick Surtees have been running yoga holidays in this stunning part of France for 9 years.
Jo is incredibly enthusiastic for most sports, health and fitness practices,
she has 35 years experience of yoga and meditatation .
Having had a long career in health & medecine Jo has a good sound knowledge
of Anatomy and Physiology, and is a firm believer in safe responsible, but enjoyable practice.
If you are new to yoga, enjoy fun, laughing, have a sense of humour
then join us in this very relaxed and friendly enviroment with like-minded people.
This weeks yoga will give you a great insight to take your practice to the next level.
Beginners/intermediate level taught in a calm fun and focused way
building confidence and helping individuals to experience the zest and
vitality that a regular yoga practice can bring
Each morning we offer 1 . 30 hrs of Hatha yoga and 1hr practice and meditation with
restotative yoga before supper.
Included in your holiday each day is a pre- yoga snack, brunch and 3 evening meals with wine,
it is a varied and delicious menu. Monday morning trip to13th Century town of Mirepoix,
a vibrant market town, We will take an excursion to the Cité de Carcassonne boasting a
church dating back to the 6th century, and the most impressive walled mediaeval City -
not to mention the setting for the novel "LABYRINTH", followed by supper. A trip to
Ax Le Therme Spa town for a wonderful pamper in the Bains du Couloubret

dip your toes in the Bassin des Ladres, a pool of hot sulphurous water which is all that remains of
the hospital founded in 1260 by St Louis for soldiers wounded in the Crusade we will continue
down in to the stunning town of Foix for supper
